I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at this hotel, as they not only provided excellent facilities, but also went above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly. the air conditioning was a godsend during the unusually hot weather, ensuring a comfortable stay. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. the soundproofed rooms were a lifesaver, allowing for a peaceful night's rest amidst the busy Oxford Street. My experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks to their exceptional service and amenities.
